The Key Terms at a Glance
Casino terms and conditions are long, legal and easy to skip. They are also where most disputes start. This page is our plain-English summary of the rules that matter most to an ordinary player: who can join, what verification involves, how the welcome bonus works, how and when you get paid, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Be clear about what this page is. It is an independent guide written by a review site, not the casino’s legal agreement. The binding document is the one published on the GoldenGun website, and it can change at any time. Read the official terms, and the specific rules of any promotion, before you register or opt in. Where our summary and the official text disagree, the official text wins.

Who Can Open an Account
Eligibility
- You must be 18 or older. There are no exceptions, and age is verified before you can deposit or play.
- You must be a UK resident using the account from the UK.
- You may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are closed and linked bonuses voided.
- You must use your own payment methods, registered in your name.
- You must not be self-excluded, either through GAMSTOP or directly with the operator.
Verification
UK rules require the casino to confirm your age and identity before play. Expect to upload a photo ID (passport or driving licence) and a proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months. At higher deposit levels the casino may also ask where your money comes from, for example payslips or bank statements. Supplying documents promptly is the single best way to avoid withdrawal delays later.
Bonus Terms in Plain English
The welcome offer is 100% up to £300 plus 100 free spins on your first deposit, minimum £10. You must opt in at the cashier; deposit without ticking the offer and it will not be added afterwards. Here are the rules that govern it.
| Term | The rule | What it means in practice |
|---|---|---|
| Wagering | 10x the bonus amount | A £100 bonus needs £1,000 in qualifying bets before it turns into cash |
| Time limit | 30 days | Unfinished wagering and the remaining bonus expire after 30 days |
| Max bet | £2 per spin or round | Larger stakes while bonus funds are active can void bonus winnings |
| Game contribution | Slots 100%, live and table games 10% | £10 on roulette counts as £1 towards wagering |
| Opt-in | At the cashier, first deposit only | No opt-in, no bonus; it cannot be added retrospectively |
| Free spins | 100 on Big Bass Splash, 20 per day for 5 days, £0.10 each | Spin winnings are paid as cash with no wagering |
| Minimum deposit | £10 | Smaller deposits do not qualify |
A worked example: deposit £50 and you receive a £50 bonus, giving £100 to play. You then need £500 in slot bets (10 × £50) within 30 days, at no more than £2 per spin, before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Cash you deposited is always used first and can be withdrawn at any time, though withdrawing before wagering is complete normally forfeits the bonus.
The same principles apply to weekly offers such as the Tuesday Wallet Boost, while Friday Cashback is paid as cash with no wagering. Our current promotions breakdown lists each offer with its own rules.

Withdrawals and Payment Rules
- Closed loop. Withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with. Paysafecard cannot receive payouts, so another verified method in your name is used.
- Minimum and maximum. The minimum withdrawal is £10. The maximum is £5,000 per day and £20,000 per month, with higher limits for VIP tiers.
- Review time. Every request is reviewed within 12 hours. Speeds quoted for e-wallets and open banking, such as under one hour for Skrill or Rapid Transfer, start after that approval.
- No fees are charged by the casino on deposits or withdrawals.
- No credit cards and no crypto on UK accounts. Both are prohibited under GB rules.
- Pending requests. A withdrawal may pause if documents are outstanding or if an affordability or source-of-funds check is open.
The licensing and certification guide explains why these checks exist and how your balance is protected.
Dormant Accounts
If you stop logging in for a long period, commonly twelve months, the account may be classed as dormant. UK rules say the casino must write to you before charging any inactivity fee and must give you the chance to withdraw your balance first. Fees cannot push a balance below zero. If you plan a long break, the simplest move is to withdraw your funds and close or pause the account.
Prohibited Play
The official terms list behaviour that can lead to winnings being voided or the account closed. The usual categories are:
- Multiple or shared accounts, including accounts opened for friends or family.
- Bonus abuse, such as low-risk betting patterns designed only to clear wagering, or breaking the £2 max bet.
- Using someone else’s payment method or identity.
- Collusion or cheating, including software tools or exploiting a known game fault.
- Playing from outside the UK or masking your location with a VPN.
- Chargebacks on deposits that were genuinely made.
A game malfunction voids the affected rounds; it does not create an entitlement to the displayed win. If you think a game misbehaved, take a screenshot and contact support straight away.
Complaints and ADR
Start with the casino’s 24/7 live chat or email, set out the facts, and ask for a complaint reference. UK licensees must handle complaints within eight weeks. If you are still unhappy after that, or you receive a final response you disagree with, you can refer the matter to the independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider named in the official terms. ADR is free for players and its decision is binding on the operator. The Gambling Commission itself does not settle individual disputes, but it does want to hear about rule breaches.
